Pamela started out in show business posing in Playboy. She continued doing work for Playboy for years. After Pamela did Playboy she got a couple of sitcom guest appearances until she found a permanent job. Pamela got a job working on Home Improvement. She worked there for two years before moving onto different projects. Baywatch was Pamela’s big break. Pamela says that she took this job because she was able to take her dog Star to work. Pam did Baywatch from 1992 to 1997. She left Baywatch for different jobs. V.I.P. was Pamela’s next project. Pamela Anderson has been linked to many different types of men from the clean cut good boy, Scott Baio, to her bad boy ex husband Tommy Lee. Pam married and divorced Tommy Lee and she has two sons with him. Even after the divorce, Pam and Tommy became very on-again/off-again. In 2005, Pamela said I do again. This time it was with singer Kid Rock. This marriage started off wonderful with several wedding ceremonies in several locations. Pam’s marriage to Kid Rock, however, did not last. Pam filed for divorce in less than a year.
Pam’s Causes
Pamela Anderson is not all about herself. She gives to many causes. One, for example is PETA. This is a cause against animal cruelty. Pam is against furs of any kind being worn as well as products that are tested on animals.
Pam is also working for causes regarding to Hepatitis C and Aids. Pam contracted Hepatitis C when sharing a tattoo needle with her husband. She is working to change people’s perceptions about these diseases.
